I'm back after a long hiatus and I won't make any promises about how often I'll post anything, but I'm finding this avenue of communication more conducive to longer rants. :-) Whatever that means.
I've been spending a lot of time on Facebook the last few months and I'll probably continue to do so, but if I want to say anything more than what I'm thinking at that moment it's really not the best tool. Unlike me, of course. I'm one heckuva tool!
So, I'll keep my Facebook postings footloose and fancy-free and do my more lengthy trains of thought here. Be forewarned tho, it may get ugly. I'm sure there will be times I raise your blood pressure but I'll try to keep that to a minimum, even tho my blood pressure may be through the roof!
I will be interjecting more serious content on these pages in the future. That's not to say it will ALL be serious, but that may be a change you see in future posts. So, with that in mind, let's get started, shall we?
I read this very interesting column today written by John Stossel, a gentleman I find myself agreeing with quite a bit. He discusses the attacks he's received lately from some in the media (particularly from the New York Times) for his speaking engagements at events hosted by Americans for Prosperity. Click here to read the column.
Well, that's it for today. Perhaps I'll be back tomorrow. Hang loose.
